WordPress Plugin (AI JSON Export)

  • The plugin does not collect or transmit any data to us or any third party.

  • All exported content (including posts and post meta) is generated and downloaded locally on your WordPress site.

  • No data leaves your server unless you manually upload it elsewhere.

Review AI JSON Web Service

  • When you upload an exported JSON file for review, we temporarily process your file to generate content feedback.

  • The file contents may include:

    • WordPress post data (titles, content, meta fields)

    • Author names (as stored in WordPress)

    • Permalinks and slugs

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Uploaded JSON files are used only to perform the requested analysis and provide feedback.

  • We do not store your files or extracted content after the analysis is completed.

  • No personal data is shared, sold, or used for any marketing purpose.

3. Data Retention

  • Uploaded files are processed in-memory only and are not stored on disk or in any database.

  • Once processing is complete and the results are returned, the uploaded data is deleted from our systems.

4. Security

  • We use industry-standard security measures to protect your uploaded files during processing (e.g., HTTPS encryption).

  • As a user, always ensure you are uploading data only to trusted services.

5. User Choices & Control

  • You control what data is exported and uploaded.

  • You may delete exported JSON files from your own device at any time.

  • If you do not wish for any content to be analyzed, simply do not upload it to the Review AI JSON service.

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

  • Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
