This is the website of Pixelvolution, a web design and SEO studio in Albany, OR. This page explains what information the site collects, how cookies are used, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email connect@pixelvolution.com and a real person will answer.

The short version

• No analytics or tracking cookies load until you press Accept on the cookie banner. If you press Reject, none load at all.
• The only analytics tool this site uses is Google Analytics, and only with your consent.
• There are no advertising pixels, no Facebook/Meta tracking, no session recording, and no data is sold.
• You can change your cookie choice at any time using the Cookie settings link (also in the footer).

Information you give us

When you fill out a contact or site-analysis form, you choose to send us your name, email, phone number, website address, and whatever message you type. We use it only to reply to you and to do the work you asked about. It is stored on our own server and is not sold or shared for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

A cookie is a small file a site can store in your browser. This site uses two kinds:

• Your cookie choice. When you accept or reject, we remember that in your browser's local storage so the banner does not nag you on every page. This is not used for tracking.
• Analytics cookies (only after you accept). If you press Accept, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (named _ga and similar) so it can tell repeat visits apart and report how the site is doing. It records things like which pages were viewed, the approximate region you visited from, and the type of device and browser. Your IP address is anonymized. If you press Reject, these cookies are never set.

Google processes that analytics data on our behalf. You can read how Google handles it in the Google Privacy Policy.

Your choices

• Accept or reject on the banner the first time you visit.
• Change your mind anytime with the Cookie settings link in the footer, then choose again.
• Use your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and we honor browser "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals.
• Ask us directly. To see, correct, or delete information you sent through a form, email connect@pixelvolution.com.

Server logs

Like nearly every website, our server keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address and the page requested) for security and troubleshooting. These are kept briefly and are not used to build a profile of you.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For anything specific to your situation, please reach out.
